Dudelange (Helvilux)-<\/strong> ADRenalin, the youth organisation of the ADR, held its 2026 National Congress on 7 February at the Drescherhaus in Dudelange. Under the slogan \u201cFor a Future with Common Sense\u201d<\/em>, delegates, guest speakers and elected officials gathered to discuss current political and societal challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The congress featured several interventions by prominent figures from the ADR as well as European representatives. Alex Penning<\/strong>, member of the Council of State, highlighted the importance of competence as a key criterion for professional success. ADR party president Alexandra Schoos<\/strong> emphasised the courage of young people and encouraged their active participation in political life in order to strengthen real democracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ADR Secretary General Luc Reyter<\/strong> addressed the importance of freedom of expression and called attention to the need for reforms in this area. Member of the European Parliament Fernand Kartheiser<\/strong> underlined the significance of Western values, while MP Dan Hardy<\/strong> focused on security issues. Jang Modert<\/strong>, president of the Eastern district of the ADR, spoke about pension policy and criticised the government\u2019s approach to the issue. The session concluded with a detailed analysis by parliamentary group leader Fred Keup<\/strong> on diversity of opinion within the media landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the guest speeches, the congress addressed a number of political topics relevant to the youth organisation, including migration policy, the consequences of COVID-related measures, the credibility of political promises, and questions related to human rights and social cohesion. Participants expressed the view that a strong ADRenalin could play an important role in shaping future political developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the closing of the congress, Jang Modert<\/strong>, who served as ADRenalin Secretary General from 2022 to 2024, was officially appointed Honorary Secretary General in recognition of his commitment to the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n

The newly elected ADRenalin leadership team was also presented. Maks Woroszylo<\/strong> was elected President, with Kathrin Wolff<\/strong> as Secretary General and Alex Rasquin<\/strong> as Vice-President. The executive committee also includes Kevin Serafini<\/strong> (Treasurer), Sam Delvaux<\/strong>, Gionni Di Rienzo<\/strong>, Alexandra Ellenstein<\/strong>, Laurent Gallinaro<\/strong>, Taylor King<\/strong>, Christophe K\u00fcnsch<\/strong>, Isam Licina<\/strong>, Yannick Schreiner<\/strong>, Daniel Shelest<\/strong> and Melvin Weiss<\/strong>. Jang Modert<\/strong> will remain associated with the organisation in his role as Honorary Secretary General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
